For the third consecutive year, Niantic is holding Pokémon Go Fest in Chicago. From June 13 through 16, trainers are invited to descend upon Chicago’s Grant Park to complete in-game challenges, earn rewards, and hopefully catch rare Pokémon. Last year, trainers found Torkoal, Unown, and Celebi had migrated to Chicago for the festival. If the image above gives us an idea of what to expect from this year’s spawns, Hippopotas and Pachirisu will be in attendance.
Pokémon Go Fest is just the first leg of Niantic’s summer tour, which then heads to Dortmund, Germany for from July 4 to July 7. If you can’t attend either festival, global events will be happening at the same time, and all players will be working together for special rewards.
