With the first Pokémon Sword & Shield expansion pack already introducing players and collectors to the Galar region in a big way, the wheels of the Pokémon Trading Card Game machine keep turning. This time, the new expansion from Pokémon Sword & Shield, Rebel Clash, shines a light on some of the Galar-region Pokémon not highlighted in the initial Sword & Shield expansion.
While Pokémon Sword & Shield – Rebel Clash is definitely focused on the new additions to the Pokédex, you can expect several creatures that appear in the Galar region from across multiple generations. Still, this feels like one of the more focused Pokémon Trading Card Game expansion packs in recent memory. Also, for whatever reason, I got a wealth of good Toxtricity cards; – no idea what that’s about.
We were sent several booster packs, as well as both of the new theme decks, featuring the Legendary Pokémon Zacian and Zamazenta. Check out those cards, as well as my other favorite pulls I had from this expansion in the gallery below.
