THQ Nordic Acquires Kingdom Come: Deliverance Developer Warhorse Studios

THQ Nordic’s subsidiary Koch Media is acquiring Kingdom Come: Deliverance developer Warhorse Studios in Prague, Czech Republic.

Naturally, the purchase includes all of Warhorse’s properties, although it’s unknown if the studio is working on other projects at the moment.

This acquisition marks another feather in the cap for THQ Nordic, which last year also picked up the Timesplitters and Second Sight properties, the Carmageddon franchise, and others.

For more on Kingdom Come: Deliverance itself – which has sold two million copies on all platforms – check out Jeff Marchiafava’s review and the teaser trailer for the game’s latest DLC.
